Job Summary :
All About Healthcare is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our care team operations and provide administrative assistance across Contact Care and The Care Team . This part-time role is central to ensuring smooth office processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting both internal staff and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinate and manage staff appraisals and maintain related records.
- Process and track annual leave documentation for care staff.
- Monitor staff expenses , ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems .
- Order and track office and PPE supplies , ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Scan, file, and archive documents in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections .
- Liaise with managers and care staff to support general operational requirements

Duties are not limited to the above and may evolve depending on the needs of the business. Flexibility and a willingness to assist across departments will be essential to success in this role.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1–2 years of office administration experience (homecare or healthcare a plus).Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Working Conditions :
Office-based role.Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and flexibility.Interaction with a variety of people including clients, caregivers, vendors, and healthcare professionals.
