Job Title : Office Administrator

Company : All About Healthcare.

Location : All About Healthcare Offices (Mainly Southside Dublin)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

Reports To : Line Manager

Job Summary :

All About Healthcare is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our care team operations and provide administrative assistance across Contact Care and The Care Team . This part-time role is central to ensuring smooth office processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting both internal staff and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Coordinate and manage staff appraisals and maintain related records.
  • Process and track annual leave documentation for care staff.
  • Monitor staff expenses , ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems .
  • Order and track office and PPE supplies , ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Scan, file, and archive documents in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections .
  • Liaise with managers and care staff to support general operational requirements

Additional Notes :

Duties are not limited to the above and may evolve depending on the needs of the business. Flexibility and a willingness to assist across departments will be essential to success in this role.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1–2 years of office administration experience (homecare or healthcare a plus).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
