Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced Transport First Line Manager (FLM) for a high-volume store delivery contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated logistics professional to lead and manage operations in a dynamic night-time environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee night transport operations for store delivery services
Lead a team of drivers and support staff to meet delivery schedules
Monitor and maintain performance, safety, and compliance standards
Allocate vehicles and routes effectively to meet business needs
Act as point of contact for operational issues during night shifts
Drive team performance and maintain high morale

Requirements :

Previous management or supervisory experience in a logistics setting

Excellent people management and communication skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving ability

Experience in transport, delivery, or supply chain operations (essential)

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota

Hours :

Full-Time, 4 on / 4 off – Nights (7PM – 7AM)

Pay and Benefits :

27.01 per hour
