My client a leading Saas company, seek to hire a Customer Success Manager. This role will suit someone coming from a technical or a SaaS customer account / service background.

Responsibilities

  • On-boarding new clients.
  • Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.
  • Reviewing product usage.
  • Decreasing customer churn.
  • Provide feedback on how to be use the software.
  • Customer communications.
  • Identify up-selling opportunities.

Requirements
