About Your New Job As a Senior Packaging Engineer, you will develop packaging components and assemblies for medical devices. Serve on cross-functional, cross-divisional project teams focusing on design, technology, and process. Develop design specs, input requirements, validations, and technical reports in accordance with quality system requirements. Support issue investigations and corrective actions. Collaborate with peers across the organization to identify and implement best practices. Ensure robust package validation and qualification in line with FDA and ISO requirements. Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement projects. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to others within the packaging engineering team. What Skills You Need level 8 degree in Engineering / Science or a related discipline, Masters desirable. Five years relevant experience in biomedical materials, processing knowledge, and medical packaging design procedures. Proven experience in innovative package design, product development, and manufacturing. Strong collaboration, clear communication, good judgment, accountability, and decision-making skills.
