Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant on a daily basis
- Exceed customer expectations consistently
- Maintain optimal stock levels
- Schedule and coordinate employee shifts
- Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold HACCP and cleaning standards
- Supervise and develop team members
- Actively promote the restaurant brand
- Facilitate open communication with the kitchen team to ensure service and food quality
- Liaise with the operations and reservations teams daily
- Ensure seamless experiences for key clients' reservations / events
- Report to the assistant manager and restaurant manager
