The Opportunity :

Our client works with a prestigious client portfolio that includes major multinationals, FTSE and Fortune companies. As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex intercompany pricing matters, regulatory compliance, and global tax strategies.

You'll lead and mentor junior team members, contribute to business development, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. The position offers both a strong technical challenge and a clear route to progression within one of the most respected firms in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and deliver a broad range of transfer pricing projects for multinational clients
• Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and prepare documentation in line with OECD guidelines
• Advise clients on policy design, value chain alignment, and tax-efficient structuring
• Support clients with audits, controversy, and dispute resolution matters
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Engage in client relationship management and contribute to proposals and pitches
