This role will suit someone coming from a technical or a SaaS customer account / service background.

Responsibilities On-boarding new clients.

Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.

Reviewing product usage.

Decreasing customer churn.

Provide feedback on how to be use the software.

Customer communications.

Identify up-selling opportunities.

Requirements 2 years experienced in technical or a SaaS customer account / service role.
