QA Automation Lead

QA Automation Lead (Contract, Dublin) We have an immediate need for an experienced QA Lead who specialises in Automation testing to assist our client with the continuous growth of their company. The role will initially be contracted for 12 months and offers a negotiable daily rate based on experience. Responsibilities : Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency Create and execute a detailed testing strategy Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process Requirements : At least 10 years' experience within Automation Testing (min 3 years in a senior role) In depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools) Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong mobile and web testing I specialize in recruiting for Software QA and Testing, if you wish to discuss this or other Software QA and Testing opportunities, please feel free to contact Rachel for a confidential chat.
