We are hiring Deputy Store Managers for our Grangegorman & Cabra stores.
What you'll do
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store
- Target-driven approach to KPIs
- Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
- Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service
What you'll need
You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalentMinimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environmentFull driving licenceA passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe flexibility to work varying shift patternsPreferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitudeWhat you'll receive
