As we scale, we are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our sales team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Job Summary : As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and book appointments for our Senior Account Executive. You will achieve this through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to develop a career in tech sales. Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers within our target market. Engage with prospects through email and LinkedIn to generate interest and secure meetings. Qualify leads based on company criteria and pass them to the SAE for follow-up. Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system ( or similar). Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with the SAE to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, emails, and booked meetings. Requirements : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools is advantageous. Fluent in English.
