Junior Parts Advisor

The Spirit Motor Group, one of the largest automotive retail and aftersales groups in Ireland are looking for an experienced Vehicle Parts Advisors to join the busy parts team in our dealerships in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Please note this position does not qualify for work permit sponsorship if you are from outside the EEA. The Role Reporting to the Parts Manager Working in the busy parts department processing high volume parts enquiries and orders, for retail, trade, internal and external customers. Processing and co-ordinating parts sales from enquiry to delivery, counter, telephone, email, online and internal customers Assigning parts orders to members of the parts team for prompt processing and despatch Ensuring full stock in maintained at all times to meet demand Maintaining parts stock, building a strong relationship with the brand manufacturer Participating in regular stock checks Use of IT Systems for processing parts enquiries, orders and invoicing Pulling and Packing of orders for dispatch as requirement arises Working onsite fulltime in Sandyford Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience : Experience working in a busy vehicle parts department preferably in a dealership Understanding of end to end parts processes in the motor industry and compliance with manufacturers best practice Enthusiasm to progress a career in Vehicle Parts industry in a leading motor group.
