Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Role : Counterbalance Forklift Operator Salary : €30,000 - €33,000 per annum Duration : Permanent Location : Dublin south Counterbalance Forklift Operator Global brand with a distribution cebtre in south Dublin is currently seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join its dynamic warehouse team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key. Candidates with Bendi forklift experience will be at a distinct advantage, although training may be provided for the right individual. The role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. The successful candidate will be computer literate and have prior experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage stock inventory, check stock locations, and ensure efficient warehouse operations. Solid communication skills are essential, as the position involves regular interaction with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate stock movements and ensure seamless order fulfilment. You should have a proactive attitude and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure. Responsibilities : Operate Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently Utilise Bendi forklift trucks where required Load and unload goods from vehicles Place goods in the correct storage locations using WMS systems Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock control Ensure all goods are handled with care and meet quality standards Communicate clearly with warehouse and logistics teams Maintain accurate records of stock movements Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times Assist with general warehouse duties when needed Requirements : Valid Counterbalance forklift license Bendi forklift experience is highly advantageous Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Previous experience using WMS systems Computer literate, with a good understanding of stock control software Ability to work well as part of a team and independently High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work Flexible and willing to support other areas of the warehouse as needed Good physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks Committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment What to do next : If youre interested in this role, click apply now.
