Registered Nurse – Nursing Home

We are a leading employment agency currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected nursing home in Malahide, Co. Dublin. We are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver excellent clinical care and enhance the quality of life for residents in a supportive and person-centred environment. Role Responsibilities :

• Provide high-standard, evidence-based nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and monitor treatment plans
• Work closely with healthcare assistants, care managers, and medical professionals
• Develop and review person-centred care plans
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and company policies
• Act as a mentor and clinical leader on shift Requirements :
• Active NMBI Registration (PIN required)
• Minimum of 6 months’ post-registration experience (nursing home experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
• Legal right to work in Ireland What We Offer :
