An opportunity has arisen for the IAF Regulation Associate on a fixed term basis for twelve months.
You will work as part of a multi skilled, progressive and fast paced, team which collectively supports over 800 professionals.
Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with :
Individual Accountability Framework RegulationsCentral Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity (F&P) and Minimum Competency Code (MCC) Regulations and requirements;Remuneration Regulations as defined by EU Regulations, Central Bank of Ireland and MiFID Regulations;Data Protection Regulations.Maintain an accurate Fitness & Probity Register.
Support the certification process under the F&P regime, ensuring timely renewals and documentation.
Update and maintain Regulatory Remuneration Registers (including Identified Staff, Relevant Staff, Sales Staff) for review at Quarterly Board Meetings.
Provide administrative and operational support in the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) and Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR).
Assist in tracking and documenting compliance with Conduct Standards and SEAR responsibilities including job descriptions and recording accountabilities.
Maintaining up to date documentation of all HR policies to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.
Qualifications include graduate calibre; legal or compliance qualification would be beneficial.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information are essential.
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance environments, knowledge of remuneration regulation for Financial Services (advantageous but not essential), and a good understanding of risk and risk management are required.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, with strong analytical skills, data accuracy, and confidentiality is necessary.
Experience in operational process improvement, excellent MS Office skills, adaptability, and strong communication skills are also important.
