We are expanding our exclusive executive membership network and seeking a commercially-minded, relationship-driven HR Commercial Engagement Manager with significant HR experience to help drive this growth. This is a unique opportunity for a senior HR consultant or experienced practitioner who has operated at the HR leadership level and is looking to apply that expertise in a new, outward-facing, commercially-aware role. If you’ve built your own consulting practice, worked in client-facing roles, or are energised by high-level conversations with senior peers, this is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling business with purpose and pace. Who We Are Senovis is a growing membership and intelligence business that works exclusively with CHROs and their HR leadership teams in large global organisations. Through a combination of invitation-only events, curated peer groups, and exclusive insights, we help HR leaders make better decisions, faster. The opportunity As HR Commercial Engagement Manager, you will : - Build and strengthen early-stage relationships with CHROs and HR leaders across global organisations. - Lead intelligent outreach to HR peers via email, LinkedIn, referrals, and event invitations. - Qualify potential members based on their priorities and fit with the Senovis network. - Guide prospects through the membership journey — from first conversation through to conversion. - Personally invite HR leaders to Senovis roundtables and private events to foster meaningful peer engagement. - Attend and network with HR peers at relevant events. - Share market intelligence (HR trends, emerging issues, peer challenges) with the commercial and content teams. - Collaborate closely with commercial colleagues to refine and optimise acquisition strategies. This is a relationship-driven, consultative role that draws directly on your HR expertise and peer-to-peer credibility. What You’ll Bring Experience - 8–10 years’ + Senior HR experience , ideally with exposure to large, complex organisations. - Experience as an independent consultant or in a senior HR consultancy role. - Strong track record in business development, client relationship management, or peer engagement. - Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders (CHRO and HR leadership levels). - Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making. - Previous involvement in membership, consulting, or peer-learning networks is a plus but not essential. Skills - Strong communicator — credible, concise, and confident across written, phone, and in-person interactions. - Commercially minded with sound judgement and an ability to align member needs with business goals. - Highly organised and methodical, with strong CRM discipline (experience with HubSpot advantageous). - Curious and consultative — able to explore challenges and frame solutions that create value.
