Overview
Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPM’s business proposition so as a key member of the CPM Operations team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.
The focus of this role is to provide best in class operational support and insights to the Client Service Manager and Field Sales Team to ensure excellence in all client delivery functions. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of Freedom, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Innovation always, both internally and externally with the Clients, whilst delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities.
Requirements
Required Experience & Competencies
- Preparation and distribution of reports as per agreed Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Data Research : Production of meaningful and concise Insights / Intelligence reports from data collected
- Assistance with creation and delivery of client presentations in support of the Account Manager
- Issue resolution and assistance with field and client queries daily
- Build relationships within the client team and across the industry, using excellent communication skills to positively influence stakeholders
Administrative
Organization and coordination of any client or field team meetings / conferences required throughout the yearConducting regular compliance auditsRecording of all identified leads in CRM, and manage through to completionSupport sales reps by distributing leads and informationQualifications
Relevant experience in an operations and / or similar administrative roleExperience with Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookEssential
