Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

The locations for these services are in Longford.

We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.

Requirements for the successful candidate include : A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant areaClear understanding of person-centred care and keyworkingExperience with risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in careKnowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresFamiliarity with Children's First guidelines and proceduresFull Clean Manual Driving LicenseSuccessful candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and will be part of an energetic, dedicated team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe environment where young people can heal, develop, and move forward with their lives.
