Are you a passionate andexperienced manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead in a dynamiccatering and hospitality environment ?  We’re looking fora  Catering and Hospitality   Manager  to join our team in  Dublin7 , bringinginnovation, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in food and service .

What You’ll Do :

Lead and develop ahigh-performing catering team

Oversee daily our 220 seatrestaurant and multiple coffee docks on campus, ensuring top-tier quality andservice

Develop and manage a wideranging hospitality & event service throughout the campus, from customerengagement through to high level delivery

Manage budgets andfinancial performance

Maintain health, safety,and hygiene standards

Identify and drivebusiness growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in catering or hospitalitymanagement

Astute commercial awareness and continual, effectivedecision making to manage efficiencies

Strong leadership andpeople management skills

Financial acumen,including P&L management

Knowledge of food safety,H&S, and compliance regulations

Passion for deliveringhigh-quality service
