Technology Business Analyst (with Project Coordination) – Contract About Your New EmployerA €500-€600 daily rate contract opportunity to join the European IT function of a leading international healthcare group.
This is a Business Analyst role with significant project coordination responsibility, focused on the delivery of infrastructure and system upgrade projects.
The team is based in Dublin, operating in a hybrid model, and works closely with stakeholders across Ireland, the UK, and Denmark.
Must be based a commutable distance from Dublin and have right to work in Ireland.
About Your New Job Work as a Business Analyst with strong ownership of project planning and coordination Scope and define small to medium-sized infrastructure and tech projects, including payment platform upgrades
Lead stakeholder discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to capture requirements
Document user stories, process flows, and technical specifications for delivery teams
Track project timelines, manage risks, and support communication across multiple teams
Help drive project delivery from planning through to execution and post-go-live support
Work with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment to improve operations and reduce tech debt
What Skills You Need 5+ years in a Business Analyst role with demonstrable experience coordinating delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills
Experience with infrastructure, cloud, or SaaS implementations
Understanding of Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies
Ability to work independently and take ownership of timelines, updates, and risks
Bonus Points For Healthcare, clinical systems, or regulated environment experience
Experience with patient billing or payment platforms
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, or Lucidchart
Basic knowledge of system integration or data workflows
