We are an award-winning food hall and bar and we produce all food on site; from pastries, breads, and other bakery products to soups, stocks, and sauces. Our food is sourced locally and is always freshly prepared on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate for Sous chef position will have :
Minimum 2 years experience as Sous chef or similar position required
Excellent communication skills
A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with regards to hours
A good command of the English Language
Impeccable self-presentation
