Job Description : In partnership with our client, Excel Healthcare are currently recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing for a leading provider of residential care in an established nursing home in North Dublin.

The Assistant Director of Nursing will work alongside the Director of Nursing to provide strategic leadership and management of a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, manage, and develop a large team while monitoring the safety and quality of care and all clinical services related to residents.

This role is suitable for a candidate who is already an Assistant Director of Nursing at another facility or a highly experienced CNM.

ABI experience is required for this role.
