Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join a reputable service based in Galway, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

We require residential Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care to service users, promote independence, and support person-centred planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service and helping service users meet their short-term and long-term goals.

Successful candidates will have : Major QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare or a relevant fieldFull driving license and access to own transportA genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey to living their best lives.Successful candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and be part of an energetic, hard-working team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe environment.
