Job descriptionPrepare and deliver financial statements, tax reports, and board materials Analyze historical data to inform growth strategies and budget alignment Manage treasury functions including banking, cash flow, and AP / AR Implement cost accounting processes across multiple facilities Oversee audits, tax compliance, and internal controls Serve as a strategic thought partner in financial planning and risk management Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of experience managing accounting functions in a manufacturing environment 4+ years of experience supervising accounting staff Prior responsibility of managing external partnerships
