Responsibilities Attract, develop, coach, and evaluate DCSAs by setting a clear standard for excellence.
Build a high-performing team that is diverse and inclusive, with a typical size of 10+ employees. Coach the team to plan portfolio growth and utilize portfolio plans to develop industry and team strategies, leveraging expertise and hands-on experience. Act as a strategic partner to executive-level business and technical decision-makers (e.g., C-level, school system leaders) to guide customers in defining and achieving their digital and business transformation goals.
Mentor the team in building strategic partnerships through relationship building and influencing skills. Coach and enable the team to accelerate Azure projects to production, providing guidance on architectural design, technical recommendations, escalation of blockers, and technical resource management.
Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Drive account engagement to promote service consumption, upselling, and cross-selling based on strategic plans and customer needs. Forecast accurately, assess risks, and identify performance improvement plans during weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management. Support the team in driving customer change and optimizing change management by applying deep knowledge of change principles, influencing senior decision-makers, and aligning digital transformation initiatives with organizational culture. Qualifications Extensive experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, and / or technical sales. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in the above areas. OR relevant certifications from Microsoft or other platforms AND experience in the above areas. OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND extensive experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, and / or sales. People management experience. Certifications such as AZ 104, AZ 303 / 304, AZ 305, or equivalents from other platforms (AWS, GCP), or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
