Job Title : Qualified Pest Management Technician Location : Dublin Contract Type : Permanent, Full-Time Salary : From €33,000 per annum, paid fortnightly About the Role We are seeking a Qualified Pest Management Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services with a strong focus on long-term solutions, prevention, and customer satisfaction. This is not a standard pest control position. The role centres on problem-solving, proofing, and using smart technologies to achieve complete eradication and long-term prevention for customers. You will work on a wide variety of pest control challenges and will need to be hands-on, adaptable, and prepared to work in diverse environments. Key Responsibilities : Carry out detailed pest inspections, treatment services, and proofing work to the highest standards. Apply pest control treatments in line with label guidelines and comply with all relevant legislation. Identify all proofing requirements and complete professional proofing work using practical skills. Utilise technician apps to provide customers with detailed site audit reports and recommendations to maintain pest-free conditions. Work closely with other team members to support seamless service delivery. Proactively identify additional service opportunities and advise customers accordingly. Plan daily routes and workloads efficiently. Conduct site assessments in line with industry regulations and ensure full compliance at all times. Be willing to work outdoors in various conditions. About You : Proven pest control knowledge and experience. Qualified to IPCA / Lantra Level 3 or equivalent in pest management. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Investigative, solutions-driven approach to pest management. Strong time management and teamwork skills. Confident in managing customer relationships and setting clear expectations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to write meaningful, informative reports. Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations.
