Our client is a renowned organization with a strong technology footprint in the European market. You will be working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, where innovation, agility, and automation are at the core of operations. The role is based in Dublin , and candidates must be locally based, with flexibility to attend the office when required.

About the Role :

As a DevOps Architect , you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps practices and infrastructure. You will lead the setup and management of CI / CD pipelines, configuration management tools, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient software development and deployment lifecycles.

This is a -month contract position with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and maintain a robust DevOps framework to support continuous integration and delivery.

Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible .

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts , YAML configurations, and DevOps pipelines in Azure DevOps .

Configure and integrate tools like jFrog and SonarQube .

Set up and manage cloud environments, particularly on Azure and optionally AWS .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support environment setup, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.

Drive automation and process optimization to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain documentation and SOPs to support knowledge sharing across the team.

Ensure security and compliance practices are integrated into the DevOps lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills :

• years of relevant experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

Strong expertise with Git , Azure DevOps , PowerShell , Ansible , Terraform , YAML , jFrog , and SonarQube .

Hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management.

Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI / CD tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-facing experience and ability to lead technical discussions independently.

Experience managing a small DevOps team and work backlog.

Nice to Have :

Experience with C or Python .

Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Understanding of Linux / Windows system administration and shell scripting .

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and OpenStack .
