The Stock Optimiser will contribute to enhancing sales, profit, and customer experience by ensuring the right product in the right location at the right time to meet customer demand.

The role will work cross-functionally, both strategically and operationally, to enable a fast, flexible, and effective country supply chain today and in the future.

What You’ll do :

  • Based on current sales patterns, Identify and execute stock transfer moves to optimise availability between depots.
  • Monitor regional oversupply risks, and identify ongoing and upcoming issues together with Merchandising, and take appropriate actions.
  • Support the Stock Optimisation Lead to ensure prioritisation of stock movements are set with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review parameters within replenishment system of core lines to ensure the correct stock levels in store are being maintained, suggest and action changes.
  • Support Commercial Managers with identification, communication and execution of departmental stock optimisation priorities in store.

What you'll bring

  • 3 / 4 Years Retail or Merchandising Experience.
  • Background within Branch Merchandising, Merchandising, Store & Retail Operations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient analytical skills are essential, with the capability to analyse high volumes of data, pinpoint key insights, and concisely communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills facilitate the ability to develop collaborative relationships, maintain effective networks, and focus on results.
