Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

  • Customer Engagement & Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for retailer technical teams.
  • Support the Customer Technical Manager in managing customer relationships and technical expectations.
  • Help deliver product launches and technical presentations that showcase our quality and commitment.
  • Technical Compliance & Data Management
  • Maintain key technical management systems (e.g retailer platforms).
  • Ensure traceability and due diligence documentation is always up to date.
  • Provide accurate and timely technical data and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Liaise with commercial, supply chain, and product development teams to align quality expectations.
  • Support in cross-functional training sessions and contribute to raising awareness of technical standards internally.
  • Retailer SKU set up
  • RACI management and sign off

  • Education & Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
