You'll assist in the management of multiple projects from initial survey through to works completion, helping to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities : Client Liaison : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Management : Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Budget & Cost Control : Support budget tracking and cost management, delivering solutions that maintain both quality and efficiency. Risk Management : Review Variation and Issue Reports from Site Supervisors, identify project risks early, and implement appropriate resolutions. Quality Assurance : Ensure QA documentation complies with standards before submission to clients. Health & Safety Compliance : Review RAMS documentation to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Reporting & Documentation : Prepare and issue weekly client reports (covering environmental metrics, site safety, rework summaries, etc.). Maintain clear and up-to-date records in digital project management systems (e.g., WI Systems, ZOHO, Google Workspace). Review and input client project tasks and rework actions as needed. Collaboration : Work closely with Site Supervisors on Corrective, Preventative, and Improvement Actions. Support the wider project team with research, reporting, and schedule updates. Liaise with stakeholders to clarify and align on goals and deliverables. Requirements : 24 years of proven experience in a Project Manager or Assistant PM role (construction or technical field preferred). Strong IT and system management skillsconfident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ZOHO, and online project platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational ability with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving. A good understanding of core project management principles (budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and contract management). A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
