We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Co Dublin .

Responsibilities

• Provide support & supervision to care & nursing staff in all aspects, including orientation of new staff, training, and development of care staff, organizing and coordinating their duties, guiding, supporting, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating staff performance
• Receive, supervise, and oversee the reception of new residents
• Lead and implement change, with particular reference to HIQA standards
• Display leadership, innovation, and creativity through the work with staff and residents
• Play an active part in daily resident hand-over, ensuring excellent communication between all staff caring for residents is maintained. Coordinate the shift, ensuring suitable delegation of tasks for nursing and care staff is allocated
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needed to address the resident’s physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs by the resident
• Play a central role in maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
