We are hiring a Assistant Director of Nursing for a Hospital in Galway, Ireland.
37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- In addition to overseeing the operational site, the position holder will be in charge of encouraging clinical care and practice excellence throughout the institution.
- In addition to overseeing all facets of nursing services, the position holder will need to offer professional leadership and guidance.
- In order to provide effective nursing care inside the hospital, the Assistant Director of Nursing will report to the Director of Nursing.
- They will be in charge of overseeing the efficient use of resources and making sure that professional nursing standards are upheld in accordance with regional and national regulations.
