Call Centre and Sales Representative Job Description We are looking for a Call Centre Representative at our Oranmore base. You will be the important link between our company and current and potential customers. The successful candidate will enjoy engaging with our customers while effectively selling our products, solving customer needs, addressing inquiries and managing day to day administration. You should be happy to keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour. Responsibilities Work as part of a vibrant team that handles large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers needs, clarify information and complete sales Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Enjoy selling, upselling and closing transactions Communicate effectively with your colleagues in the office, on the road and in other locations to improve business performance Requirements and skills Previous experience in a customer support role and sales would be an advantage but is not essential Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be an advantage but is not essential Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Fluent English is required We are a growing and dynamic company and are looking for candidates with a bright outlook, good work ethic and an ability to work as part of a team.
