About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and inspire the  Client Services Personal Lines  team. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead with confidence while delivering outstanding service to clients.

In this role, you will :

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a growing team, ensuring performance and morale remain high.
  • Implement a  digital-first approach , identifying smarter ways of working to enhance the customer journey.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, implement development plans, and identify training needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance, report progress, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • APA with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines, with leadership or supervisory experience a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • A structured approach to managing time and resources, both for yourself and your team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team culture.
