Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join their team. This role supports senior leadership in driving business performance, operational efficiency, and internal communications.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with major area leaders to monitor performance metrics and product adoption.
- Develop and manage KPIs and scorecards across teams.
- Analyse data trends and support plans to address customer risks and low adoption.
- Oversee headcount and budget planning in collaboration with finance.
- Prepare leadership for key meetings and ensure consistent reporting and planning cadences.
- Lead strategy and planning session coordination.
- Drive internal communications strategy aligned with company culture and priorities.
- Foster a collaborative, fun, and performance-driven team culture.
- Support leadership participation in internal events and digital engagement.
