eir evo talent are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven record of success with either agency, or in house talent acquisition with 5 years+ experience.

To be successful, you'll need a solid background in 360 recruitment within IT, AI, Tech, data, or a similar specialist vertical.

A proven track record of billing and business development is key, along with strong relationship-building skills and a self-motivated, ambitious approach.

This is a senior-level opportunity where you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle – sourcing top talent, finding, developing, managing client relationships, and delivering an exceptional service at every stage.

You'll be leading by example, helping to drive team growth, and playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.

You'll be supported by an experienced in-house delivery team, business development team, along with marketing and training functions to help you succeed.

This is a Dublin based hybrid role.

Responsibilities

As a recruitment consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates.Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companiesVisiting / Video calls with clients to build and develop positive relationshipsDeveloping a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environmentUse social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationshipsHeadhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in workUsing candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancyReceiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the clientRequesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the clientBriefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the jobPreparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicantsOrganising interviews for candidates as requested by the clientInforming candidates about the results of interviewsNegotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates

We want to hear from you if you :

Currently have senior level experience in a recruiter / account manager roleAre target driven, enthusiastic and money motivatedWant a successful career with uncapped earnings and a ramping period with guarantees in placeHave excellent communication skills and thrive on hitting targetsHave a strong work ethic and work hard to achieve your goalsMotivated and like the idea of running your own business / desk and the ability to build out a new desk / verticalPossess professional sales and people skills
