Product Manager – Portfolio Solutions (Hybrid, Dublin Office)

Join Creditsafe’s Portfolio Solutions team as a Product Manager working on our new AI-powered solution for portfolio and master data management. This hybrid role is based in Dublin , with an expected 50% office attendance each week .

About the Role

You will help shape the future of our monitoring and alerting capabilities. As Product Manager , you’ll lead the roadmap for redeveloping these features on our new integrated platform, while managing customer transition from legacy products. You will also act as Product Owner for the team maintaining the current monitoring solution.

You will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams globally to support smooth product development and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Depending on your experience, we may hire you as either a Product Manager or Junior Product Manager .

Key Responsibilities

Act as the voice of the customer in all stages of product development.

Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer and business priorities.

Translate customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and specifications.

Prioritise and manage the product backlog for your development team.

Support the migration from standalone to integrated product experiences.

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure high-quality releases.

Provide input into go-to-market materials, internal training, and documentation.

Assist support teams in solving issues and developing self-service resources.

Build expertise in your product area and share knowledge with internal teams.

You’ll ideally bring :

Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritising feature delivery.

Ability to write user stories and define product requirements.

Strong communication skills that adapt to different audiences.

A collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

An outcome-focused mindset—curious, adaptable, and decisive.

Understanding of balancing current user needs with future platform developments.

Interest or experience in data alerting, monitoring, or API solutions (beneficial, not required).

Working knowledge of SQL and databases is a plus.

A background in product management, product ownership, or similar roles.

Degree, professional qualification, or relevant industry experience.
