Job Title : Wireless / IP Product Manager Assistant
Job Location : Dublin, Ireland
Main Responsibilities :
1. Be responsible for product planning, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of corporate network products (such as routers, switches, and enterprise network devices), and promote product lifecycle management from concept to implementation.
2. Deeply understand IP network technologies, develop product development roadmaps based on market and user requirements, and ensure product competitiveness and market adaptability.
3. Coordinate cross-department teams, including R&D, design, test, and marketing, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
4. Continuously pay attention to the development trend and technological progress of the network industry, analyze competitors' products, optimize existing products, and improve user experience.
5. Communicate with customers and partners, collect feedback, guide product optimization, and support sales teams in promoting product marketing.
6. Participate in product release, training, and technical support to ensure smooth product promotion and market application.
1. Plan, design, implement, and optimize LTE / 5G network products, and promote lifecycle management from concept to implementation.
2. Analyze wireless communication technologies and LTE / 5G network architecture in depth, formulate product development strategies based on market and user requirements, and ensure product leadership and market competitiveness.
3. Keep close cooperation with carriers, equipment suppliers, and other partners to understand industry trends and promote the technical implementation and market implementation of LTE / 5G products.
4. Be responsible for cross-department collaboration, including R&D, technical support, and marketing, to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet market requirements.
5. Continuously pay attention to 5G technology evolution, network deployment trends, and wireless industry development, and promote Huawei's technological innovation in the wireless field.
6. Provide technical support for the sales team, participate in product training, customer communication, and technical problem resolution, and ensure the successful promotion and application of the product in the market.
7. Regularly analyze product performance and user feedback, optimize products, and improve user experience and product quality.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, communications, electronic engineering, etc.
2. At least 3 years of product manager experience, with router, switch, or enterprise network equipment product background preferred.
3. Have an in-depth understanding of IP network protocols and related technologies, and have experience in R&D and management of network products.
4. Be familiar with product lifecycle management and be able to independently analyze requirements, plan and implement products.
5. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to coordinate resources from all parties to promote product implementation.
6. Be sensitive to market requirements, have data analysis capabilities, and be able to drive decision-making through data.
1. Bachelor degree or above in communications, electronic engineering, computer or related major.
2. At least 3 years experience as a product manager in the wireless communications field. Experience in LTE and 5G network construction or carrier wireless is preferred.
3. Be familiar with the LTE / 5G network architecture, wireless communication protocols, and network planning and optimization. Have certain experience in wireless product development and management.
4. Be familiar with the market trend of the wireless communications industry, and understand carriers' requirements and product lifecycle management.
5. Good communication and coordination skills. Be able to cooperate with cross-department teams and promote project progress.
6. Strong analysis and decision-making capabilities, and able to optimize products based on market feedback and technical data.
Bonus items :
1. Operator working experience or experience in LTE / 5G network rollout projects is preferred.
2. Knowledge or experience in cutting-edge technologies such as SDN, network slicing, and network functions virtualization (NFV) is preferred.
3. Be familiar with the marketing and after-sales support of wireless products.
This is an Agency Worker role with 1 year rolling contract.
