Job Description : Our client, a leading reinsurer, is seeking an experienced Investment Senior Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC .

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for managing a multi-billion investment portfolio.

You'll play a key leadership role in overseeing asset allocation, investment execution, and portfolio monitoring while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks such as Solvency II.

Key Responsibilities : Lead the regular review and optimisation of the Strategic Asset Allocation and ALM strategy.

Monitor portfolio performance and asset exposures, providing insights to senior leadership and committees.

Oversee relationships with external investment managers, including due diligence and performance assessments.

Lead the review of new investment opportunities and valuation methodologies.

Provide risk opinions and support regulatory compliance through documentation and audit engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Actuarial, Legal) and group-level investment teams.

Skills and Experience : An actuarial background with an investment focus or a professional qualification in investment (e.g., CFA).

Strong understanding of investment asset classes and asset-liability management principles.

Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, BMA EBS).

Proven track record in managing large portfolios and presenting to senior stakeholders.
