Loss Assessor - Dublin

We are looking for a dedicated Loss Assessor to strengthen our team and service Dublin and the surrounding area. In this role, you will handle property and business interruption claims from start to finish, ensuring our policyholder clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of property and business interruption claims on behalf of policyholdersAssess building damage, prepare reports, and negotiate settlementsLiaise with clients, insurers, and contractors to resolve complex claim issuesMaintain accurate and detailed claim recordsCandidate Requirements Property & Business Interruption Expertise : Solid professional experience with exposure to complex claimsConstruction & Building Knowledge : Excellent understanding of building technologies, construction methods, and relevant standardsSoft Skills : Strong communication and empathy, able to guide clients under stressful circumstancesAccountancy Proficiency : Skilled in evaluating financial loss calculations and presenting clear, accurate reportsProfessional Qualifications : APA or CIP qualified in line with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency CodeUp-to-date with the Central Bank's Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirementsCompliant with the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regimeWhy Join Us?
