Core Responsibilities

• The Team Leader shall assume responsibility for his / her area and be accountable for all aspects of the team’s performance.He / she shall act as first point of contact for issues and shall seek resolution by using the skills and resources of the team and minimising the need for further escalation. Working with support functions, he / she shall ensure that the customer needs are met with an emphasis on delighting the customer.
• He / she shall implement schedules, methods and processes, allocate manpower and resources, identify problems and provide solutions and improvements in their respective process.
