Construction Design Manager - Dublin

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and subcontractors Oversee design development from pre-construction through to project execution Chair and document design meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders Ensure adherence to internal design management procedures and industry best practices Provide expert input on planning, building regulations, procurement strategies, and design risk mitigation Drive value engineering initiatives to optimise design efficiency and cost-effectiveness Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Support the preparation of contractor proposals and ensure alignment with employer requirements Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and manage the interface between design and construction teams Qualifications & Experience Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related design discipline Proven experience in design management or project management within the construction or infrastructure sector Strong understanding of pre-construction processes, planning regulations, and technical design coordination Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
