We are on the lookout for a dynamic IT Delivery Manager to manage a team consisting of talented IT professionals. If you have a strong background in software delivery as an experienced senior / lead within development, project management, business analysis and or test engineering with a passion for people management, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Agile methodologies, possess a robust understanding of the software development lifecycle, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. You should excel in stakeholder management, be a proactive problem solver and be adept at removing obstacles that impact team performance.

The Role :

• Lead and manage an agile delivery team focused on enterprise integration, ECRM platforms, and MuleSoft-based solutions.
• Foster a ‘can-do’ culture to drive team effectiveness.
• Own project planning, delivery, and execution with high quality and transparency.
• Provide scrum leadership for the team.
• Act as a leader, mentor, and facilitator, managing recruitment and career development.
• Oversee all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on business requirements.
• Implement and manage practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
