Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and seeking an experienced Pension Consultant to join their dynamic team Key Responsibilities : Relationship development & management of a portfolio of corporate clients, with a view to enhancing existing relationships. Provision of Pension and Retirement Consultancy Services. Identifying and capitalising on additional opportunities to increase the breadth of solutions offered to corporate clients. Collaborating with a multi-disciplined team in delivering services to clients. Preparation for and presentation at client meetings. Developing and implementing retirement and member engagement programmes. Engagement with Senior Leadership Team and Strategy Development. Regularly update CRM systems with sales prospect information and provide consistent reporting on pipeline management to keep the team informed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to identify key prospects and new client opportunities to drive income and revenue growth forward. The Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or sales-focused position. Or 5+ years of experience in a senior pension administration role. Excellent ability and strong track record of building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships. Demonstrated success in portfolio or client management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Comprehensive understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory environments (e.g., IORP II and Auto Enrolment). Hold IIPM qualification or equivalent (QFA &RPA). Valid driving license required.
