Office Cleaner

With the expansion of the team, we currently have an opportunity for an office cleaner, to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment for all staff and visitors. This position is part time; Monday to Friday, Working on site, 10am to 2pm. Rate of pay €13.50 per hour. Main duties and responsibilities : Undertake daily cleaning of the building. The cleaner will work within a team to ensure that the office is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, open floor office spaces, communal areas, stairwells, toilets, etc. Dusting and cleaning all communal surfaces including floors, work surfaces, fixtures Clean all glass surfaces including doors and partitions Vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances and sanitize waste disposal areas. Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean and supplies are replenished when required Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies Organize necessary supplies for cleaning toilet facilities General housekeeping and cleaning around the building and litter control Inform the Supervisor / Manager of stock required for replenishing purposes Report defects, deficiencies or health and safety related issues to the supervisor with minimum delay Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning equipment Required Skills Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage.
