The job : Account Executive DACH - SMB
I'm looking to speak with fluent German (Deutsch) speakers in the sales industry for an exciting company that offers marketing software solutions for businesses. You are a high energy person and enjoys fast-pace environments.
Responsibilities and every day
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Prospect into buyer personas : Small Businesses, C-Suite / Marketing personas
- Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach, etc.
- Handle quote creation and order processing
- Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.
Who you are
2-3+ years of full-cycle sales closing experienceFluent German & EnglishFamiliarity with software, strong knowledge of the E-commerce / Retailers / Brands domainDemonstrated consistent goal achievement in competitive environmentExcellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategiesPrevious Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plusCollege degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required)What we offer
