You will develop new solutions to challenging, multi-disciplinary problems. Experience with FinFET is very important for this role.
You will need to enable concurrent engineering by optimized block partitioning (Floorplan, Design Flow, deliverable, timeline)

In this role you will :
- Act as go-to person for analog and system designers to solve complex problems across the whole automotive microcontroller division and beyond
- Play a lead role in the definition and development of mixed signal solutions for the next generation of automotive products
- Work with architects and system engineers to define IP and product specifications
- Drive the verification requirements definition
- Support IP test and characterization into high volume production
- Ensure Functional Safety compliance across the whole sub-system
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in high performance, reliable IC designs in CMOS.As an Analog expert, an important part of your work will be mentoring and coaching junior and experienced engineers on Analog Design best practices. Bachelor / Masters / PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a focus on electronics10+ years industry experienc eProven expertise in the whole Silicon product development including architecture, definition, development and testExperience in FinFET schematic designs and interaction with FinFET LayoutKnowledge of Signal Integrity solutions for high speedKnowledge of requirement-driven development flows and requirement definitionUnderstanding of system specifications and translating into requirements at IP levelFamiliarity with analog front end and data recovery architectures for high speed PHYsExperience with clock generation circuits such as oscillators, PLL as well as knowledge of various other analog circuits particularly using FinFET geometriesAn understanding of IP development, chip integration, timing analysis, testability, and mixed signal verificationExcellent communication skillsFluency in English is mandatoryBenefits
