Type : Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Tax Director to join our senior leadership team in Dublin. As Tax Director, you will take a leading role in driving the direction of the tax practice, overseeing complex client engagements, and mentoring senior team members. Youll play a critical role in shaping the firm's growth, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic decisions at a senior level. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across the tax function, ensuring high standards of client delivery Act as a senior advisor to key clients across a range of industries Lead business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth Guide and mentor senior managers and teams to foster high performance and engagement Collaborate with Partners and other senior stakeholders on firm-wide strategy Stay abreast of evolving tax legislation and industry trends, shaping client and firm strategies accordingly What Were Looking For Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Minimum 810 years' experience in a senior tax role, ideally with prior leadership exposure Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams Proven track record in client relationship management and business development Commercial acumen and strategic thinking with a proactive mindset Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills What We Offer ??
