Be Independent Homecare is currently recruiting a qualified Nurse to join our dedicated team as a Homecare Manager.
The Care Manager will report to and work alongside the Regional Manager and will form part of the Be Independent Management Team. This is an exciting management opportunity for someone who really cares, wants to work with an amazing team, and is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care.
The Homecare Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Key responsibilities include :
- Leading and supporting the Care Supervisors and Support teams in maintaining excellence in service delivery and operational standards.
- Overseeing the consistent provision of care that meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
- Building and nurturing positive, collaborative relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Promoting the organisation's services with professionalism and empathy, ensuring clients and families feel informed and reassured.
- Liaising with the HSE to accept and coordinate new client referrals, with a strategic focus on optimising existing care resources and achieving defined monthly and quarterly growth targets.
