To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a proactive and data-driven Junior SEA Manager (m / f / x) in Düsseldorf, Hamburg or London to join our Online Marketing team. You want to become a real expert in search engine advertising on Google and Bing as a career starter and contribute significantly to the success of one of the largest German digital companies? As a Junior SEA Manager, you will receive comprehensive training so that you become an expert in search engine advertising. Join our team of 4,000+ employees and be part of reshaping the labour market and becoming the world’s leading job platform.

Your Tasks

Together with the team, you are responsible for the planning, creation, and management of SEA campaigns.

You carry out keyword research and ad copy optimisations

With the support of our SEA experts, you will develop into a specialist for Google Ads, Bing Ads, Adobe Advertising Cloud & Adobe Analytics.

You support the success of the campaign goals through analyses and reporting

You will work closely with other colleagues from the Online Marketing & Analytics departments in different countries.

Qualifikationen

You have an affinity for numbers and like to make your decisions based on data

You work independently and are always solution-oriented

You may already have some experience from internships or traineeships in online marketing

You have a degree with an analytical focus or a comparable qualification

You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
