Complex Issue Resolution - Use a ticketing system to manage customer queries, ensuring complete resolution by collaborating with internal teams and external service providers. Prioritise service quality while meeting SLA targets. Order Fulfilment & Coordination - Oversee end-to-end processing of corporate orders including preparation, invoicing, and dispatch ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, particularly during high-demand periods. Team Collaboration & Admin - Support internal teams with training, database updates, and project-based admin. Provide accurate information across departments and contribute to a responsive and agile service culture. #The person : Will have 2+ years experience in a professional customer service role (ideally B2B or e-commerce) and take pride in building strong client relationships and resolving queries efficiently.
